Working My Abs As Much As My Apps!

I really enjoy what I consider to be the best iPad apps. Several of them often appear on lists of top 10 apps; they really are great. The thing is, I started to realize that I was working those apps much more than I was working out my body…it was time to give my abs a good work out too! I'm taking this realization as an opportunity to assess the balances, or imbalances, I may have in my life in general. I see that in terms of activity, it's definitely time to do more. I mean I can even schedule time for that using one of my apps, right? Just kidding! I've become so used to using electronics that I've become a bit more sedentary than I'd like to be, and definitely more than is healthy for me. I also realize I want to spend more time outside, whatever the season. It's time that I pay closer attention to where I'm spending my time and spend only the time I really have to staring at the screen of a device, whether it's my computer, my Smartphone, my iPad, or my TV. Besides, I think that with more time doing other things, when I'm then back on my devices, I'll be more alert and less bleary-eyed, as well as able to enjoy and appreciate them more.
