A Fast-Growing Job Market for Wireless Tech

Broadband Wireless Exchange's Robert Hoskins picks up on a recent report from Frontline Source Group stating there's been a significant increase in open wireless technology and programming positions. Frontline president Bill Kasko says he's had to grow his internal staff to help fill the positions.
"We've been beefing up our technology division, which has certainly driven business our way," Kasko says. "However, our actions came in response to what we judged to be a rapidly expanding market."
"With current technologies continuing to expand, cutting-edge IT experts are in high demand," Hoskins writes. "Sprint's recent announcement of its plan to start running WiMAX by next year, for example, will likely create even more of a demand for workers with wireless technology experience."
"As long as wireless technology demand is up, companies everywhere should be examining their current technology department," Kasko says.
