Wi-Fi

American Airlines today began testing its in-flight Wi-Fi offering, called Gogo, on flights between Los Angeles and New York.
"The service, offered in partnership with Aircell, will cost $9.95 to $12.95 depending on flight length, though the test service will be offered for free," writes WirelessWeek's Teresa von Fuchs.
Basic access to American's Web site (as well as portions of Frommer's and the Wall Street Journal's sites) will remain free - and VoIP will be blocked, though the Internet access won't otherwise be filtered.
