Wi-Fi Planet's Eric Griffith reports that Boingo Wireless has added Tokyo, Japan's municipal Wi-Fi network to its roaming system.
Boingo's new addition, Griffith writes, "is the livedoor network that covers 80% of the city, found inside the Yamanote Line, a train line bounding the edges of Tokyo. It's Boingo's second Asian hotzone -- the first was the citywide WIFLY network in Taipei City, Taiwan, added in July 2006."
More here from StartUp Beat ... and Boingo's press release is here.
