The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority this week announced the launch of free Wi-Fi access on eleven MBTA commuter boats.
"Some 4,500 residents commute on one of the MBTA's 11 vessels, which includes service from Quincy, Hull and Hingham," writes the Patriot Ledger's John P. Kelly.
"Providing internet access on commuter boats will allow people to make the most of their commute," says Massachusetts lieutenant Governor Timothy Murray.
