Filed in archive WiMax/WiBro by jeff goldman on February 13, 2006

This was little more than rumor a few weeks ago, but it was confirmed on Friday -- Ovum notes that Telecom Italia and Samsung Electronics have announced plans to launch WiBro (the Korean version of WiMAX) in italylinks in the first quarter of 2007.
