Redline Communications today announced that the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) will be deploying Redline's RedMAX WiMax solutions for its planned nationwide network in saudi arabia. As part of the first phase, RedMAX products have already been deployed in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
"Our WiMax network will help us to deliver much-needed broadband access to IP-VPN in every city and community in the country," says STC president Eng. Saud Bin Majid Al-Daweesh. "With the RedMAX installation now well underway, STC is one of the first carriers to introduce WiMax Forum Certified products and services to its customers."
