Electronic House Magazine's Rachel Cericola reports that Sony has announced three new products in its LocationFree lineup.
"LocationFree products provide for the truly lazy way of life, allowing users with broadband access to stream TV, movies and other digital content to a variety of electronic devices, including another TV or even a PSP, Mac or PC laptop," Cericola writes.
"The new pieces include the LocationFree Base Station, which makes it easy to add a stereo, TV or other device to your home network. The LocationFree TV Box connects to any remote TV, giving users access to home video content."
"No matter if you are at home or on the road, accessing the content you want to see, when you want to see it, has never been easier," said Hideyuki Furumi, senior vice president of Sony Electronics
' IT Products Division. "The setup has been streamlined and our new models allow you to view quality video on a host of client devices."
