Sprint CEO Hesse Resigns from Nokia's Board of Directors

Nokia this week announced that Daniel R. Hesse (who recently became president and CEO of Sprint) has decided to resign from Nokia's Board of Directors, of which he's been a member since 2005.
"Dan Hesse has a long and impressive career in the telecommunications industry and this latest step is a great continuation on that path," says Nokia chairman Jorma Ollila. "Dan has made an important contribution to the Nokia Board and we will miss his input to the Board work."
