Wi-Fi Bunny Comes to the UK

Shiny Shiny notes today that the Nabaztag Wi-Fi bunny from Violet, the 'smart object company,' is coming to the UK -- with advanced features. "The Nabaztag has added singing and talking to its skillset," she writes, "meaning it can now use words to tell you your stock's doing poorly, rather than just drooping its bunny ears."
What exactly is this thing? As it "says" on the company's Web site, "I'm a newborn bunny, one of a unique species of intelligent, smart objects. I'm 23 cm tall, I wriggle my ears, I sing, I talk and my body lights up and pulsates with hundreds of colors
. Thanks to Wi-Fi technology, I'm always connected to the Internet."Set it to keep an eye your stocks, alert you to new e-mail messages, or track the weather, and it will change colors and say things in response to shifts in whatever it's tracking. As one comment on the site puts it, "My last rabbit ate my curtains; this one matches their color."
