The Register just posted its list of the top ten gadgets at CES 2006, a few of which are wireless -- employing not just Wi-Fi but a wide range of wireless technologies from Bluetooth to ultrawideband.
First on the list is the previously-discussed Belkin Cable-Free USB Hub, also on display at MacWorld 2006, which uses Freescale's DS-UWB ultrawideband technology to get rid of the cables between your computer and your monitor, your printer, your camera, and just about everything else.
Another new wireless toy: Motorola and Oakley's Razrwire Bluetooth sunglasses, which serve both as hip shades and as a bluetooth wireless headset
for your mobile phone. More info here, along with a nice photo of the product. And let's not forget Sony's announcement of its "Sony CONNECT" service, enabling location-free TV service for the PSP. More shamelessly promotional info here, direct from Sony themselves. The folks at PSPUpdates, however, are not impressed.
